• Up to 60 seconds of video recording per session
• Digital copies of all raw videos via online gallery
• Flash drive copy delivered post event
• Set Up & Pack Down (Setup is 2hrs before hire time)

Travel fee beyond 20km from Carlisle

Late-night bump out past 10 pm will incur a fee

Other Service Fees: (if applicable)

• Additional hour (subject to availability): $150/hr
• Idle/Standby Time (subject to availability): $50/hr
• Late-night finish/pack down past 10pm: $50/hr (Hire times ending from 10pm onwards)
• Travel fee beyond 20 km from Carlisle 6101: $2.50/km (calculated upon booking)

Pay 30% retainer fee to secure booking date.

A processing fee of 2.5% will be applied to all credit card transactions. This fee does not apply to payments made by Bank Transfer.
